A Hyrox endurance-style class combines elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional movements to improve cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness. The class typically includes a series of challenging exercises such as running, rowing, biking, and bodyweight movements like burpees, push-ups, and squats. Participants can expect a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to push their limits and improve their endurance.


TARGET
Those athletes who want to specialize in increasing their stamina and endurance. Beginner - Advanced, knowledge of Hyrox events are a plus.
