200m run (simultaneously)
20 partner pushups
6 sandbag getups

Have a weighted vest? Wear it.Run
Both partners run 200m same time.
Pushups
Both partner do push-ups same time clapping at the top.

1 right + 1 left = 1 rep
Each partner performs 3, 1 athlete working at a time.
Cap 35 Minutes
