With a new year comes new and fresh activities at CrossFit UNLEASHED.
Starting Monday, January 6th we will be ADDING several new classes to the calendar.
ENDURANCE 30 & ENDURANCE 60 (Body By Ant)
Straight Cardio, for your New Year Resolution Needs. Simple, Easy Movements meant to be accessible and effective. 30minute sessions will focus on mono-structural conditioning. 60 Minute Sessions will be similar to old Endurance classes.
Mon / Wed / Fri 4:00PM – Endurance 30
Saturday 9:00AM – Endurance 60
Tougher, High skilled Workouts, geared towards advanced athletes, no scaling, but we’ll work on advanced skills to develop athletes
Sunday 9:00AM – Registration Required, Limit 10 Athletes.
We are an Official USAW Weightlifting & Powerlifting Club
Mon/Tues/Wed 8:30pm CrossFit will be cancelled; in its place we are adding a Mon-Fri Open Platform/Open Gym Hour as we expand our Lifting program at Unleashed. If you regularly attended the 830pm, you can either come earlier to the 730 or still hit the workout at 830, in addition you gain 2 extra 830 slots to workout during.
There will be a bare bones OLY/STR program to follow with minimal guidance, athletes who want more guidance can purchase private programming or personal sessions with Coach Ant who is a USAW L1 Coach, a Basic Olympic Weightlifting Totten Training System coach, Starting Strength coach, USAW Club President, CrossFit L2 Coach, as well as having coached countless athletes to podium spots in Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting meets.
