Score = Total Wallball ShotsThe Thruster Minute should be completed in 10-20 seconds
The Burpees should be completed in 20-30 seconds
Use the entire minute to perform as many wallball shots as possible, shooting for 20 or more.
If you are having trouble lower the Thruster weight and reduce the volume of Burpees.
