Kallie Kontomanolis

has been a CrossFit trainer for over 5 years. After starting CrossFit she knew she'd want to become a coach, she mentored under a CrossFit Games athlete and began coaching soon after. During her own fitness journey she recognized the importance of recovery and proper nutrition, This drove her to obtain a certification in nutrition through Precision Nutrition. She works with clients to better their nutrition and reach their goals without deprivation. Kallie offers month to month custom meal plans, macro plans, or general improved lifestyle plans.
