Judo is a sport of unarmed combat derived from jujitsu and intended to train the body and mind. It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance the opponent. Our Judo class teaches a wide variety of grappling skills including sweeps, takedowns & submissions, plus many more basic drills to become a Judoka.
WHAT TO BRING
Bare feet, athletic wear, and GI required.
TARGET
All levels are welcome.
SCHEDULE
JUDO is a cyclical 6 week program that meets every Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00am.
