2 Sets To Failure
– Build your bar with 10’s, 5’s or 2.5’s
– Pick a starting weight
– Strict Press to Failure
– Re-rack
– lower the weight
– Strict press to failure
– repeat until you hit an empty bar
*Quick on transitions and plate removal, try to get atleast 3-5 drops in weight before you get to an empty barbell.
