CrossFit Open Cycle Week 1 of 5

The CrossFit Open is in full effect. 18.1 was an electric and amazing community experience, but it was only the beginning. Stay tuned for our Grey vs Black recap and standings.
If you are officially registered to participate via Games.CrossFit.com ensure you submit your scores by tomorrow 5pm PST.

Schedule Change
– Friday  Strong (4:30 / 7:30) is cancelled, instead join us for a Thursday 4:30pm Strong class.
– Thursday 4:30pm Endurance will now be a Strong class until the conclusion of the Open.
– Sunday Open Gym is cancelled until the conclusion  of the Open.
Please review the class calendar to stay up to date with the modified class schedule.

End of the Open Party
The CrossFit Open ends Saturday March 24th, join us for our “End of The Open” party that evening. More details to follow!
