In order to better serve our community and to do our part in this ever growing pandemic we are making several important changes to our schedule and ask for your continued support.
As a small business owner I rely on each and every one of you to maintain your memberships through this difficult time but I know that you also rely on me to provide you with a unique service and experience. With that being said I am doing my very best to go above and beyond for you, by making the following changes.
STARTING MONDAY 3/16
In order to comply with social distancing recommendations and ever growing fear surrounding COVID-19, and in order to do our part to not spread COVID-19 we will be implementing the following immediately:
We will be limiting partner workouts, minimizing the amount of gear we share with others in class ie. multiple athletes per squat rack.
We are dropping the old “Complex-Gymnastics” Training Cycle and starting our “Murph Strong 12-week cycle”. Effective tomorrow, we will work towards our annual Memorial Day Murph event + BBQ which we still tentatively have planned for Monday, May 25th.
Our focus on this new cycle will be trying something new… focusing on rucking, biking, exploring, bodyweight gymnastics and some running.
We are transitioning to a 3 day on, 1 day rest, 2 day on, 1 day rest schedule for the foreseeable future. This means Thursday and Sunday the facility will remain closed for cleaning.
All non-essential CrossFit classes are indefinitely cancelled until further notice. This includes Endurance 30, Endurance 60 classes, Compete class, 430 strong and open gyms. As of now, barbell club will remain on the schedule and the 430 strong will be a regular CrossFit class like our Thursday schedule. Fridays will be a modified weekend schedule with no evening hours.

TRAIN AT HOME
Each training day we will provide an at home workout. All you need is your bodyweight and a Backpack or weighted vest. We will include workouts that use dumbbells and jump ropes for those athletes who have access to home gyms or equipment.
