Notes
Athletes must split the rower calories evenly, with the exception of bleed over calories from the first rower.
Rowers will be reset to 0 after each round
Clean and Jerks must be split evenly
1 Athlete can build the bar while the other athlete begins the row
Athletes share 1 bar, clips are required
Each Male pair will be given a 45/25/10 and a bar
Each Female pair will be given a 15 / 5 / 25 / 10

Notes
Athletes will share 1 single bar.
Each round the front squats and box jumps must be split evenly, partition as needed.
Synchronized Burpees require the athlete to have their chests on the ground at the same moment before finishing the movement.
Synchronized Burpees require a two foot jump and two foot landing
Step-ups are allowed
