We are beginning a new training cycle for all of our programs. Please read up on what to expect in the coming weeks.
We have made a few schedule adjustments. We heard your feedback and have made a few changes this Spring.
– ENDURANCE is still on Thursdays but the program has been deleted and will appear under the “CrossFit” class tab for your convenience.
– STRONG
Strong returns to Friday @ 4:30pm and 7:30pm.
– OCR
Additional access to Thursday 6:45am Endurance (FREE for OCR members)
– OPEN GYM
Returns to Sundays (10:00AM to Noon) until the conclusion of the Murph Strong Cycle. Friday 6:45am is now an official Open Gym slot.
– OLY – Kilo Culture Barbell Club
OLY program launches Tuesday April 10th!
This is an unstructured class, it is run in a club atmosphere under the watchful eye of an Olympic Lifting Coach, Program meets Tuesday/Wed/Thurs/Fri @ 7:30pm & Sunday @ 9:00am.
There will no longer be a Thursday 8:30pm OLY class.

CrossFit – MURPH STRONG CYCLE
The Murph Strong cycle will focus on squat strength and bodyweight gymnastics with a emphasis on running during our endurance WODs. This 8 week cycle will culminate with our annual Memorial Day Murph + BBQ social on Monday May 28th 2018. Murph is a time honored tradition, this hero WOD is For Time: 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run in a weighted vest.

Strong – STRONG GETS STRONGER
The STRONG(er) Cycle will focus on a traditional powerlifting split with explosive speed, accessory strength and the occasional conditioning piece. Get ready to lift heavy and often.
Judo – 6 week Spring Judo cycle
All ability levels welcome!
New 6-week JUDO cycle begins this Saturday April 7th 2018.

OLY CYCLE
9 WEEK OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CYCLE BEGINS on 4-9-18. This cycle will culminate with the Crow Hill Open on June 9th and 10th. Or for those who aren’t registered, a mock in-house meet. It is not recommended that athletes mix and match OLY programming with any other program. This is a standalone program dedicated to Olympic Weightlifting and mastering the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Program meets Tuesday/Wed/Thurs/Fri @ 7:30pm & Sunday @ 9:00am.
There will no longer be a Thursday 8:30pm OLY class.
New equipment arriving soon.
Requirements:
– Access to OLY will require an additional add-on for access for all membership packages ($50).
– Access to OLY will require a membership to USA Weightlifting and lifters. Equipment list coming soon.
You can also choose to switch packages from your current CrossFit package to the OLY package ($150).
Sundays will remain a FREE OLY class for all unlimited members in order to work technique under the watchful eye of a coach.
Please be mindful that warming up should be performed at the front of the gym and not by the OLY platforms.
